Hi Guys!

Thank you all so much for the outpouring love + support over these past eight weeks! As we all have heard by now, salons are able to open on May 15th. I will begin rescheduling appointments on Monday, May 11th. I have over 100 appointments to reschedule, so I ask that you please be patient with me. 

Appointments will be scheduled in order from March 18th to present. If you have an appointment scheduled in June, it will be cancelled and rescheduled as well. If you did not have a previously scheduled appointment, you will be added to my waiting list in the order of request. I am working very hard to make sure you are all on my schedule in a timely manner. 

Items to consider at this time — 

The more flexible you are able to be with your schedule, the sooner I’ll be able to get you rescheduled. 

If you have taken out your extensions, please ship them to me or coordinate a drop off with me, so that I can have them prepped and ready for reinstallation when your time comes. 

If you did NOT have a scheduled appointment — As previously stated, you will be added to a waiting list on a first come first serve basis. Please use the form (linked below) to be added to the waitlist. Once I get through rescheduling all cancelled appointments, I will be contacting you to fill in any open time slots, in order of request. 

As times are weird and still very uncertain, I am implementing a few new policies, effective immediately.

At the time of booking, your credit card will be charged a $50 retainer fee. This retainer fee will go toward your total cost on the day of the appointment, or can be rolled over to secure any future appointments. Contactless payment is required at this time, so your credit card number will be stored (with your permission) to provide a safe and expedited checkout process. 

On the day of your appointment —
Please leave all personal items at home (or in your car at your discretion). 

If you feel ill or have been exposed to anyone that is ill, please do not come in. All cancellation fees will be forgiven at the time when showing any signs of illness. 

Please wait in your vehicle until instructed by text message that you may enter the salon. 

Over the ear masks are required inside of the salon. Please bring one to your appointment. If you forget your mask, I will be unable to accommodate you. You will be asked to pay for the scheduled service time and rebook for a future date. Please note, masks used during color services will most likely be stained from the color. 

Only guests with appointments will be allowed in the salon. Family members will be asked to wait in vehicles. 

Guests will be required to wash their hands upon arrival and have their temperature checked.
